Founder’s Note

"After forming deep relationships with so many families over the years, I came to understand just how personal this work truly is. Being welcomed into someone’s home — caring for their children, supporting their routines, walking through sensitive seasons — is never just “a job.” It’s trust.

Through my own experience working closely with families and navigating agencies myself, I saw both the beauty of this work and the gaps in the process. I saw how easily caregivers could feel unsupported, and how families could feel overwhelmed or unheard during hiring decisions.

Aviah was created to bridge that gap.

Our goal is to offer families a placement experience that feels dependable, structured, and genuinely supportive — not transactional. We believe in thoughtful matching, real communication, and honoring the significance of inviting someone into your home.

Because when care is done well, it brings stability, peace, and meaningful connection to everyone involved."

Faye, Aviah Founder

     Household & Family Support Services

Raising children and running a household takes more than effort — it takes reliable, aligned support. From new beginnings to evolving schedules, we understand that dependable care isn’t a luxury — it’s foundational. When life feels full or unpredictable, having the right person in your home brings stability, peace of mind, and confidence in your daily rhythm.

Our role is to manage the details behind the scenes — thoughtfully sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates — so your home runs smoothly and you can stay focused on what matters most: your family.

Our Philosophy & Founder

Through her experience working closely with families of varying cultural backgrounds, faith traditions, and childcare philosophies — including Montessori-based and structured household environments — Faye developed a deep appreciation for alignment beyond qualifications alone.

She understands that every home carries its own rhythm, values, and expectations. The right placement isn’t simply about experience on paper — it’s about temperament, discretion, communication style, and shared approach.

Aviah Household Staffing was built on that belief.

Rather than rushing placements or prioritizing volume, our process is intentionally thoughtful and relationship-driven. We take the time to understand what truly matters inside your home so we can identify professionals who not only meet the role — but genuinely fit your family.

That commitment to alignment, integrity, and long-term success is what sets us apart.

Our pricing is straightforward and reflects the thoughtful search, careful vetting, and personalized attention dedicated to securing the right long-term match for your family.

Our Placement Pricing

Our placement pricing is designed to be clear, transparent, and reflective of the time and care invested into every search. A $500 Initial Search Fee secures your family’s dedicated placement process and allows us to begin sourcing, screening, and thoughtfully vetting aligned candidates. This fee supports the administrative coordination involved in resume review, interview scheduling, reference verification, and background check processing prior to final placement. For families seeking short-notice or on-call babysitting support, we offer a reduced $300 search option tailored specifically to temporary or immediate needs. Both options ensure your search is handled with intention, discretion, and professionalism from the very beginning.
