About Aviah

Our
Story

Get to Know Us

Aviah began with a simple belief: the right person in the right home changes everything. From our home base in Austin, we quietly support households across Texas and select metropolitan communities—including Atlanta, the greater Washington region, Denver, and Chicago. Families come to us during moments of transition, growth, and renewal, and we take that responsibility to heart. Every introduction is handled with patience, discernment, and genuine care, so you can move forward with calm confidence knowing your household is supported by someone truly meant to be there.

Our Standards & Screening Process

We confirm personal identity, employment history, and relevant experience to ensure accuracy and continuity. This foundational step allows families to move forward with clarity, knowing each individual’s background has been carefully reviewed and validated.

Through thoughtful conversations and direct reference dialogue, we gain insight into temperament, communication style, and professional conduct. We look for individuals who demonstrate emotional steadiness, respect for boundaries, and genuine care in the environments they enter.

We evaluate reliability, judgment, and preparedness for the responsibilities of working within a private home. This includes assessing consistency, decision-making, and the ability to navigate real-world household dynamics with discretion and maturity.

Only individuals who meet our internal standards are approved for introduction. We continue to uphold these expectations beyond placement, ensuring every family remains supported by someone who reflects the level of care and professionalism entrusted to our agency.

Before anyone is welcomed into a family’s private world, they move through a thoughtful and deliberate evaluation designed to honor the trust placed in us. We look beyond qualifications alone, taking the time to understand character, reliability, and the quiet qualities that make someone truly dependable. Each step is handled with care, so every introduction feels grounded, considered, and right.

Optional Screening & Placement Protections

(Suggested pop-up box or shaded section)

Families may elect to include additional layers of protection and placement support beyond our standard evaluation process. These optional services may include expanded background reporting, substance screening, and extended placement coverage designed to provide continued reassurance following placement. These services are available for an additional fee and may be selected based on each family’s preferences, timeline, and household needs. Our team will review all available options transparently prior to confirmation, so families can choose the level of protection and placement support that feels right for them.

Service & Placement Fee Structure

All services begin with a one-time household registration, which allows your family to access our network, evaluation process, and placement support.

Long-Term Household Placement (Full-Time or Ongoing Roles)

For roles intended to extend beyond twelve weeks, our placement structure includes:

  • $500 one-time household registration fee

  • Placement fee equal to 16% of the candidate’s agreed annual compensation

  • Minimum placement fee of $5,000

  • Optional expedited placement support available for $50 when requests are made with less than 72 hours’ notice

This structure reflects the time, evaluation, and placement care involved in identifying and securing a long-term household professional.

Temporary Placement (Up to 12 Weeks)

For households seeking support on a temporary basis, defined as placements lasting less than twelve weeks:

  • $500 one-time household registration fee

  • Placement fee equal to 18% of the candidate’s total projected compensation for the placement period

  • Optional expedited placement support available for $50 when requests are made with less than 72 hours’ notice

Temporary placements receive the same care and evaluation as long-term roles, adapted for shorter-term household needs.

Single-Day Childcare & Babysitting Services

For one-day childcare needs or occasional support:

  • $400 one-time household registration fee (if not already registered)

  • $35 service coordination fee per day booked

  • Optional expedited booking support available for $50 when requests are made with less than 72 hours’ notice

This fee covers coordination and placement services and does not include the childcare provider’s direct compensation, which is paid separately by the family.

Levels of Household Support

Every household moves at its own pace, and the level of support required often reflects the rhythm, size, and complexity of daily life. By organizing placements into distinct experience levels, families can more easily recognize the depth of guidance, leadership, and autonomy that will best support their home.

Entry Level Support

This level is best suited for families seeking reliable assistance with clearly defined responsibilities and established routines. Individuals at this stage bring foundational experience and provide attentive care, while typically working under the family’s direct guidance and structure. They offer dependable day-to-day support and consistency, making them well suited for households with predictable needs and hands-on direction.

Nurse with Patient

Experienced Household Professional

This level is ideal for families who prefer someone capable of working more independently and managing their role with minimal oversight. These professionals bring several years of proven experience, anticipate needs, and confidently maintain routines without requiring frequent direction. Whether serving as a nanny or house manager, they provide stability, organization, and proactive support within their specific area of responsibility, without overseeing broader household operations.

Advanced & Estate-Level Leadership

This level is intended for households that require more than independent support, but structured oversight and leadership across multiple areas of the home. Unlike experienced professionals who primarily focus on their individual role, estate-level individuals often coordinate household operations, manage vendors or additional staff, and ensure the entire environment runs smoothly. This may include senior house managers, estate-level nannies, private chefs, or grounds staff who take ownership of both daily function and long-term household organization with discretion and authority.

Referrals

We believe the most meaningful introductions come from people who understand the importance of trust within a private home. Our referral program is a way to welcome those introductions and extend our placement services to families and professionals who value thoughtful, dependable support. Whether you are a candidate, family, or professional partner, your referral allows us to continue building strong, lasting household relationships.

How the Referral Process Works

Submitting a referral is simple and can be done through our referral form by providing the individual or family’s basic contact information. Once submitted, our team will reach out directly and guide them through our placement process. If your referral results in a confirmed placement and the placement period requirements are met, your referral honorarium will be issued promptly. We maintain clear communication throughout the process so you always know the status of your referral.

What You Receive as a Referral Partner

When you refer someone to Aviah, you become part of a trusted network that helps families and professionals find the right long-term fit. In appreciation for your referral, we provide a referral honorarium of $750 for each successful placement resulting from your introduction. This is our way of recognizing the value of your trust and the role you play in helping us grow through meaningful connections.
